| 摘 要： | 可持续发展是我国的一项基本国策，而发展的基础则是投资与建设．在大型建设项目决策阶段推行可持续性评价用可持续发展的思想和原则来进行建设项目决策．是极具现实意义的．本文提出了大型建设项目评价决策阶段的可行性研究中推行可持续性评价的建议，并对建设项目可持续性评价的目的、原则和内容等主要问题进行了探讨．

| Abstract: | sustainable development in a basic nationalpolicy in our country, and the foundation ofdevelopment is consisted by investment andconstruction. At the decision-making stage inlargescale construction projects, the sustainabilityevaluation has an extremely practice significancewhen it guides this project with the idea of sustainabledevelopment. It is the writers viewpoint that thefeasibility research report would be an incomplete onewithout the content of sustainability evaluation. Andgoals, principles as well as the contents of thesustainability evaluation were also discussed in thispaper. |
