含铜硫铁矿的生物氧化和传质

摘    要:采用氧化亚铁硫杆菌对含铜硫铁矿进行生物氧化研究。根据摇瓶和小型反应器的实验结果,研究了矿石粒度、矿浆浓度、细菌浓度、通气量和氧化浸出时间对铜浸出率的影响。对实验条件下的氧的体积传质系数做了测定和讨论。

Abstract:Bacterial leaching of copper-bearing pyrite is studied by use of thiobacillus ferrooxidans.Based on results of flask shaking and small reactor stirring experiments,the effects of parti-cle sizes,pulp density,cell concentration, aeration rate and residence time on copper extrac-tion are investigated. The volumetric oxygen transfer coefficients in a batch leaching bioreac-tor are measured and discussed.
