摘    要:本文用数字散斑相关的方法研究了导电胶薄膜材料的力学性能,测定了不同加载速度、不同温度条件、不同湿度条件时材料的应力应变关系曲线.实验结果表明,数字激斑相关的方法对于微电子薄膜材料力学行为的研究是一种十分有效的光力学实验技术.

Abstract:The mechanical behavior of conductive gluey film is studied by use of the numericalspeckle dependence method. Stress-strain curves of the material are measured at differentloading rates and different temperatures,and under different moisture conditions. The resultsprove that the method in question is a very effective experimental technique of optical me-chanics for the study of the mechanical behavior of rnicroelectronic film material.
