论道路交通事故责任归责原则

汽车工业的飞速发展带动世界各国经济发展的同时,也对人类的生命和财产安全构成了严重威胁。近年来,因交通事故诉至法院的损害赔偿案件逐年增多,但是对交通事故责任的性质,理论界和实践中都认识不一。文章从交通事故归责原则的发展入手,对我国2004年5月1日开始实施的《道路交通安全法》所确立的归责体系进行了全面分析。
