| Abstract: | This article works off some typical cases which include anti-foe sergeants' marriage,widows' re-marriage,the status of hypo-wife,cohabitation and so on.Many kinds of strengths,including the law,social public opinion,administrative power and clan,played important roles in the construction of the marriage legal order in 1940s. |
