国内外医疗保险运行模式比较研究

医疗保险作为社会保障体系中重要的部分,是我国社会稳定、和谐发展的重要保障。文章在介绍国内外医疗保险运行模式的基础上,通过比较各国在保险实施范围、资金来源、医疗费用的支付方式和运营机制四方面的差异,指出我国应从扩大医疗保险的覆盖范围,促进医疗费用支付方式改革,加大立法力度和医疗机构改革等方面入手,进一步完善我国的医疗保险制度。
