| 摘 要： | 用近代科学方法研究教育史,进而创建中国的教育史学,是从二十世纪开始的。如果以时间为坐标考察近代中国法律教育史研究的发展历程,其大致可区分为以下三阶段:二十世纪20至40年代、二十世纪60至70年代、二十世纪80年代以来。
