警察干预家庭暴力若干问题研究

本文在充分调查研究的基础上,对公安机关的人民警察干预家庭暴力的意义和要领问题进行了探讨,根据《中华人民共和国婚姻法》《中华人民共和国警察法》的有关规定,明确了警察干预家庭暴力的职责、权限和意义,界定了公安机关处理的家庭暴力案件的范围,对家庭暴力的性质进行了分析,在此基础上提出了警察干预家庭暴力案件的工作方法、工作要求、工作技巧等,为警察处理家庭暴力提供可行性建议。

Research in several issues on police intervention in domestic violence

on the basis of great deal of survey and investigation, the author explored the significance and key issues of policemen of public security intervening in domestic violence. In accordance with Marriage Law and Police Law of People's Republic of China, the author gave a clear picture of the responsibilities, jurisdiction and significance of policemen's intervention in domestic violence, defined the scope of domestic violence cases which the police should handle and made an analysis of the nature of domestic violence. On this basis, the author put forward some working ways, requirements and skills for the police when dealing with domestic violence and made some feasible suggestions.
