研究生教学中应激源的调查分析与对策

通过对辽宁省的数所高校的研究生学习目的、希望具备的能力和知识、对现有的教学方式和考试方式的满意程度 ,以及对研究生学习生涯的看法的调查 ,发现研究生有明确的学习目标却不知如何实现 ;学科建设无法突出特色 ;教学考试方法不尽如人意 ,这些成为研究生应激的主要来源。通过对应激源产生的原因的分析 ,发现研究生教学中应激源的产生主要是因为学校的引导作用、管理思想以及研究生招收规模的扩大。根据分析归纳出消除应激源的应对策略 ,主要包括转变观念 ,强化服务 ;打破课程壁垒 ,完善课程设置 ;明确招生对象 ,进行特色培养。

Investigation on Psychological Stress Source in Teaching for Postgraduate Students and Measures to Take

According to the investigation made on the learning purpose of postgraduate students in some universities of Liaoning Province and their expected abilities and knowledge, as well as their satisfaction level of the modes of examination and teaching and their views of the whole learning/teaching process, it is found that although they have definite learning goal but does not know how to realize it. In addition, no distinct features are reflected in their courses, and they feel the mode of examination dissatisfied to a certain extent. All these form the main source of their psychological stress which implies that they need appropriate guidance from university's staff with proper educational administration and the number of enrolled postgraduate students shall be limited to a certain degree. In conclusion, the postgraduate education idea shall be changed to intensify service provision, breakthrough the barrier between different courses, perfect the syllabuses, make sure who could be enrolled as postgraduate students and offer distinctly useful knowledge to them.
