我国农村政策性金融发展的国际借鉴与改革建议

农村政策性金融的发展,对于深化农村金融改革和粮棉流通体制改革,完善农村金融服务,弥补财政支农不足,加强农业基础地位,保护农民收益,都具有关键性作用。立足于中国农村政策性金融的现实问题,在借鉴发达国家比较成熟的政策性金融制度的基础上,提出了对现行农村政策性金融的改进建议。

Policy- based Financial Development in Rural China:Experience from Abroad and Reform Suggestions

The policy-based rural financial development plays a major role in the reform of rural financial system and the reform of grain and cotton circulation system, in the improvement of rural financial service, in the remedy of insufficient financial support to agriculture, in the consolidation of the fundamental position of agriculture, and in the protection of farmers' benefits. By focusing on the actual policy-based rural financial problems and drawing on mature experience of policy-based financial system in developed countries, this article offers proposals to improve the current policy-based rural finance.
