摘    要:理解已经成为人类的关键问题,作为“未来的力量”的教育是实现变革的最强有力的工具之一。各国正在通过开展国际理解教育来解决人类的理解问题,然而现有的国际理解教育缺乏对理解对象的理解,以及对“理解”的内涵还处于“前理解”时期,这些都影响了国际理解教育达到应有的目标。埃德加·莫兰的理解教育观关于理解对象的认识以及“理解”内涵的发展,将改变我们的思维方式,从而促进国际理解教育的发展。

Abstract:Understanding has already become critical for the mankind. As "the future energy", education is one of the most energetic tools to realize reformation. Every country tries to solve the problem of man's understanding through international cooperation. However, understanding itself has not been taken into consideration in the present international understanding. Besides, the connotation of "understanding" is at the stage of the pre-understanding. All these will be harmful for the realization of the given target in international education. Edgar Morin will change our thoughts and will promote the development of international understanding through his idea of understanding, which is about the target of understanding and the development of the connotation of understanding.
