| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the floating population in Qiqihar, the author points out that the surplus rural labor power is the main body of urban floating populatoin, and presents the two-way influences on the development of the urban economy case by the floating population. Moreover, some countermeasures and suggestions are given at the same time to enforce the management of the urban floating population. |
