| 摘 要： | 赫德与德璀琳在中国海关共事达数十年之久，自然存在着友谊。但是，赫德代表英国利益，德璀琳代表德国利益，赫德的上司是总理衙门，德璀琳接近李鸿章，双方明争暗斗，层出不穷，也是半封建、半殖民地的中国近代史的一个重要侧面。

| Abstract: | Hard and Detuing had worked together at Chinese Customs for decades,so it was natural that they were friends.However,Hard represented the interest of Great Britain and Detuing the interest of Germany. The superior of Hard was Viceroy's Yaman(in charge of China's foreign relations),coming out one after the other,which was also an important aspect in modem history in semi-colonial and semi-feudal China. |
