| 摘 要： | 城市居民在文明素质作为精神文明的基本要素，必然要受到物质基础的制约。因为物质资料的生产方式是人们最基本的创造活动，它在城市居民文明素质的形成和提高中起着基础性的作用。这既表现在生产力发展的决定作用，也可以从国民生产总值与价值观的相关性中显露出来。

| Abstract: | A basic element of spiritual civilization,civilization diathesis of urban inhabitants,is necessarily restricted by the substance foundation.As the mode of production means of substance is human's basic creative activities,it plays a foundational role in the forming and raising the civilization diathesis of urban inhabitants.This has been revealed both in decisive role in developing productive force as well as the connection with the GNP and value view. |
