企业文化管理及其结构模式

摘    要:文化是能够带来人类行为结果,并在特定群体内具有世代相传本质特征的辩证价值观.企业文化是一个群体共有的行为哲学,期望做事做好的态度和标准,也是企业社会物质与精神发展的凝聚与总和.在企业管理中,它既能有效地管理与刺激企业,也能适宜地约束企业,使企业具有区别于其他企业的个性化之特征.企业文化由具有其内外的多重具体和抽象的环境因素所组成,并形成了一种有机的相互影响、相互作用的运行模式.

Abstract:Culture is the dialectic value, which can bring the results of human act and hand down to the special group with its essential characteristic. Corporate culture is a common behavioral philosophy, an attitude and a criterion of expectation of doing things well in a certain group, and, in a word, the coherence and such total of social materials and spirits. In management, corporate culture can manage and stimulate corporations. It consists of many environmental factors inside and outside a corporation so as to form a working mode of interaction and influence on each other.
