| 摘 要： | 创建学习型团校是共青团事业发展的要求,也是团校自身建设的需要.学习型团校更加强调全程学习、团队的学习、学习后的创新和系统思考.通过开展学习型团校和学习型团干部联创活动、完善管理制度、丰富培训内容、开展课题研究、拓宽团校的培训渠道和培训形式、延伸团校工作手臂等途径,来创建学习型团校.

| Abstract: | Building a learning League school is the demand of the developmet of the Communist Youth League's cause,as well as the need of a League school' s self-improvement.The learning League school features more attention being paid to whole-cause learning and life-long learning,to team learning,to innovation on the basis of learning,and to systematic deliberation.At the present time,we must strive to build a learning League school in the spirit of innovation according to the League school's conditions. |
