| 摘 要： | 新时期高校思想政治教育的科学定位应包括功能、价值、目标和观念定位。功能的科学定位,包括政治功能、经济功能和文化功能的定位;价值的科学定位,包括社会性价值定位和个体性价值定位;目标的科学定位,主要有根本性目标定位和具体性目标定位;观念的科学定位,包括高校思想政治教育新的发展观、质量观、资源观、任务观和德育观的定位。

| Abstract: | The scientific orientation of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era should include the orientation of function,value,goal and concept.1.The scientific orientation of function includes that of the politics,economics and cultures;2.The scientific orientation of value covers the social value and the individual value;3.The scientific orientation of object mainly refers to fundamental and specific types;4.The scientific orientation of concept consists of the new concept of development,quality,resource and task as well as moral education in the higher education of ideology and politics. |
