| 摘 要： | 新升本科院校,是近年来随着我国高等教育快速发展而涌现出的高校“新类”。对教师队伍如何合理定位,每个新升本科院校都需作出理性思考和及早规划。教师结构定位应符合新的办学定位,其队伍结构分为横向和纵向两种,由诸多要素构成。新升本科院校必须对教师结构的诸要素合理定位。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of higher education, the newly risen undergraduate colleges have emerged in our country as a new generation. Each college should think reasonably and make plans ahead of time about how to rearrange the teaching staff, for it must accord with changes of the college. The structure of college teachers can be divided into two- horizontal and vertical ones, which constitutes many factors. We should make a good orientation of every factor in teachers' structure. |
