| 摘 要： | 通过对高校教学管理人员个性心理特征的调查和分析 ,发现专职人员较兼职人员表现出较高的忧虑性和紧张困扰 ;而不同学历层次人员的人格因素水平也是随着文化程度的升高而提高的。应采取相应的激励措施、全面提高教学管理人员学历层次、提高其创造、创新能力 ,以期构建并优化教学管理人员良好的心理结构。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the survey and analysis of psychology diathesis of administration staff, this article finds out that full-time staff have greater anxiety and tension than part-time ones. And the staff who have different degrees have different personalities. Accordingly,this article offers some proposals to encourage them to up-grade their innovation and creativity, and finally build up and optimize their fine psychological structure. |
