师生共同体视角下少数民族大学生协同育人机制研究

习近平总书记在中央民族工作会议上强调：民族团结是我国各族人民的生命线。做好民族工作关键在党、关键在人。高校教师要担起学生健康成长指导者和引路人的责任，要使各类课程和思想政治理论课同向而行，形成协同效应。为此，新时代做好少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作需要高校多维并举构建协同育人机制，坚持以少数民族教育工作室为依托构建育人组织协同、以课程育人为重点创建育人路径协同和以少数民族专兼职辅导员为主力搭建育人主体协同。

A Study of the Cooperative Education Mechanism of Minority College Students Based on Teacher-Student Community

President Xi Jinping once laid stress on nationality affairs at the central conference that ethnic unity is the lifeline of Chinese people.The key to nationality issues lies in the Party and working staff concerned.The ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students in the new era requires the multi-dimensional and simultaneous construction of cooperative education mechanism in colleges and universities.We should set up the cooperative educational organizations based on minority educational studies,curriculum education,and set up a cooperative platform of special and part-time counselors of ethnic minorities.
