| 摘 要： | 高校深化改革大潮中,继续教育始终是被遗忘的角落,被边缘化。立法空白、观念陈旧、人才和经费匮乏、质量低下等已客观造成高校继续教育发展的困局。高校深化继续教育改革创新,无论是对继续教育发展本身,还是对高等教育事业发展国家战略,都意义重大。

| Abstract: | In the tide of reform in higher education, continuing education is usually neglected and marginalized. The objective factors that led to the dilemma of continuing education at higher education include no legislation, out-of-date concepts, shortage of professionals and funds, and poor quality. Deepening the reform and innovation in continuing education is of great significance to the development of continuing education on one hand, and to the national strategy of higher education development on the other hand. |
