Its main Characteristics are： The chamber of commerce has long played an important role in forming and developing the training system;vocational and general education has realized a perfect ＂H＂ connection; classrooms and workshops share the same space ; the graduates of vocational schools have multiple employment choices;the strict process of teacher selection and training;a formal binding of respective fights and obligations.
