| 摘 要： | 高等院校是传承和发展文化的重要场所，在新的时代背景下，高校应从观念价值文化、制度文化、物质文化和执行文化等方面加强和谐校园文化建设。必须坚持用社会主义核心价值体系引领校园文化建设；建立健全 全面、细致、严格的规章制度；立足本校实际建设物质文化，并将其与精神文化教育有机结合；开展丰富多彩的各项活动，将理论应用于实践。
