大学高级研究人员胜任力模型实证研究

摘    要:文章通过文献分析、网络信息资源分析以及专家访谈,参照Spencer胜任力通用词典,提出大学高级研究人员胜任力的构成要素,并对大学高级研究人员胜任力量表进行开发及实证研究。结果表明:大学高级研究人员胜任力模型包括科研品质、科研能力和管理能力三个维度,由自信、学习能力、合作能力、信息挖掘、创新能力、培养他人、团队管理能力、督导能力、抗压能力、成就导向10个因素构成。

Abstract:Through the literature review,net information analysis and interviews of experts,and according to the competency dictionary of Spencer,the paper proposed the components of senior researchers' competency in universities,and designed a scale of competency.The results reveal that the competency of senior researchers in university is composed of three dimensions of research qualities,research abilities and management skills,which consist of confidence,learning,cooperation,information mining,innovation abilities...
