我国股权制衡治理机制研究述评:发现与启示

全面和系统地回顾了近年来我国有关股权制衡治理功效的研究文献,并在对相关文献进行批判性评价的基础上,探讨了该领域的未来研究方向。通过对现有文献的梳理发现,现有研究主要围绕公司绩效与大股东侵占行为等方面探讨股权制衡的治理功效,然而,这些研究往往由于研究方法的不足而具有较大的局限性,而且所提供的证据相悖。对制度背景的深入分析以及研究方法的改进将有助于未来该领域的研究发展。

Research Review of Stock Ownership Balance Mechanism in China: Discovery and Enlightenment

This paper reviews comprehensively and systematically the research literature about the effectiveness of the stock ownership balance administration in China in recent years,and explores the future tendency in this field on the basis of the critical assessment of the relevant literature.By sorting out the data so far,this project finds that the current research is centred upon the efficiency of the companies and the management efficiency of stock ownership balance from the aspects like big stockholders' invasion.However,the research of these kinds have major limitations due to the inadequacy of their research methods,and besides,the evidence they offered could be contradictory.The deep analysis of the system background and the improvement of the research methods are conducive to the research development in this field.
