可持续发展理论在中国的思想渊源考察

当今社会盛行的可持续发展理论产生于西方 ,但是 ,作为一种思想在中国古已有之。中国古代社会从采集和狩猎的生产方式向农耕和畜牧转化的先秦时期 ,人类第一次遇到了人口、资源和生产、消费的矛盾冲突 ,因此 ,产生了保护生物资源以便持续利用的思想 ,人口与土地等资源相协调、与生产相适应的思想 ,以及生财和节用并重的生产和消费思想 ,虽然还不是可持续发展的系统理论 ,但它可以说是较系统的可持续发展的经济思想

Ideological Origin of Sustainable Development Theory in China

The prevailing sustainable development theory, generated in western countries, has existed in China for a long time. Before the Qin Dynasty when the ways of man's living transferred from gathering and hunting to farming and animal husbandry, human beings for the first time in history confronted the conflicts between population and resources, and between production and consumption. Hence such ideologies as ideology of the protection of biological resources for continuous use, ideology of the harmony of population with land, ideology of the adaptation of population came into being. Although such ideologies are not a systematic theory of sustainable development, they are comparatively systematic ecnomic thoughts of sustainable development.
