| 摘 要： | 目前我国体育经济的法律法规众多,但还不完备。体育经济立法的价值取向除体现立法中一般的公平、秩序、民主、自由等观念外,还应体现效益第一的理念、以人为本的理念、市场化的理念。体育经济立法的价值冲突主要体现在体育经济发展与稳定体育秩序、体育经济效益与体育公平竞争以及人的体育经济与体育经济的人的价值取向冲突。解决以上冲突要贯彻均衡原则和优化原则,并从立法内部和立法外部两个方面构建整合机制。
