| 摘 要： | 产品侵权并不是一种新型的侵权行为,但是,产品因为说明、警示不充分而构成侵权在实践中案例并不多见,在理论上的研究也不够深入。采取比较法学的方法,力求系统地研究了与产品警示缺相关的问题。
