| 摘 要： | 古徽商的经营理念和经营体制给现代经济生活留下了宝贵的文化遗产。通过对徽商的发展过程、经营原则、经营方式等方面的深入研究，认为古徽商商业运营的理念和在商号管理、商号运营中所蕴藏的传统商业文化，反映出几百年来徽州人打破地域限制到全国各地去经商的开拓进取的创业精神，其公平守信的经商原则、以义取利的社会责任感以及民间商会组织的强大功能等，为现代中国企业的经营发展提供了许多值得汲取的宝贵经验。
