继续教育培训设计模型的分析与启示

摘    要:美国学者希兰克提出的"培训方案设计模型"以成人学习者为焦点,其内圈由需要、目标、设计、传递、评价五要素构成,外围由方法与技巧、组织与管理、研究、方案评价等起到支持保障作用。分析此模式对继续教育领域培训工作的启示是:以满足学习者需要为中心;对培养工作应作细致分析;明确具体培训目标、要求及格测方式;注重各种方法及媒体的应用;安排与落实配套措施。

Abstract:The program designing model which was set forth by Jerry Blank, takes adult trainee as the focus. It takes requirement, aim, design, transmition and evaluation as its internal key elements, regards method, management, study and evaluation as its external guarantee. The article makes a brief analysis on the enlightenment of model on training for further education from 5 aspects.
