| 摘 要： | 本文从分析我国高等教育"大扩招"后的现状和原因入手,提出了转变高等教育体制和高等教育增长方式是今后我国高等教育可持续发展的主题,也是高等教育领域全面贯彻落实科学发展观的核心,为实现现代化高等教育体制转变和大学文化的不断提高有着深远意义。
