| Abstract: | Base on the current situation of new town construction system and mechanism in Shanghai suburbs, this paper made an analysis of the problems existing in the new town construction system and mechanism and the bottlenecks for the current development highlighted the overall mentality and countermeasures proposal for optimizing and perfecting the new town construction system and mechanism. |
