Research on The Countermeasures of The Construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center Based on Conditional Analysis

From the aspects of the basic construction conditions, space conditions, functionalrequirements and financial conditions, this paper does a comprehensive analysis of the current conditions and problems of the construction of Shanghai international shipping center, and emphasizes that Shanghai should develop in such a leading way, that is, the shipping services market is developed in priority and the development of the shipping finance market gets a strong support, and this paper also thinks that Shanghai should take use of its leading superiority in the shipping service and finance markets to integrate the port resources of the Yangtze River Delta, in order to promote the construction of Shanghai international shipping center develop by leaps and bounds.
