| 摘 要： | 江西青年农民素质教育是指对在江西农村从事农业生产的青年劳动者基本素养的教育，包括政治、思想、道德、文化、科学、技术、法纪、审美等方面的教育。为了提高江西青年农民的综合素质，必须采取增加农村经费投入、搞好农村精神文明建设、搭建继续教育和终身教育平台、加大职业技能培训力度、建立健全社会保障机制等对策。

| Abstract: | The quality-oriented education for Jiangxi young peasants means the teaching of basic attainment to young laborers who go in for agricultural production in rural areas of Jiangxi. It is a comprehensive education ineluding politics, ideology, morality, culture, science, technology, law and discipline, appreciation of the beauty etc. In order to improve the overall quality of Jiangxi young peasants, a lot of counter-measures should be taken. Such as; increasing the funds in the countryside, doing well in rural spiritual civilization, putting up the platform for further education and life long education, strengthening the work in training technical ability and establishing a perfect social security mechanism. |
