＂化＂与＂认同＂构成思想政治教育实践过程中一对最为根本的矛盾。思想政治教育在本质上是教化理论的教化实践,而思想政治教育效力的最佳判准就是受教化客体的是否认同,就是受教化客体对所教化理论与教化实践的认同度。思想政治教育,实质上就是通过＂化＂资源与＂化＂的方式与方法取得受教化客体的认同,通过多种化育途径促进受教化者个体的认同转变,促进个体的认同广度与认同深度。
