经营者集中结构性救济与行为性救济的效率探析

现在各国对经营者集中采取原则准许、例外禁止的做法。经营者集中救济措施基本分为结构性救济措施和行为性救济措施，在面对救济措施的选取时，集中救济措施的效率应是执法者首当考虑的重要因素。目前，学界对二者的效率看法不一，结合二者的博弈力量，从理论和实践的角度分析，可以得出行为性救济措施更有效率的结论。

The Analysis about the Efficiency of Structural Relief and Behavioral Relief in Mergence

Now countries allow firms to merge in principle and forbid exceptionally,for some conditional,mergence are taken granted with some condition,at this point,the law enforcers face the selection of remedies,and the efficiency of the remedy is important factors that law enforcers should consider when selecting the appropriate relief measures.Concentration remedies are mainly structural remedies and behavioral remedies,academic circles have different views on the efficiency of the two kind of remedies,in fact,from the perspective of theory and practice analysis,we can come to the conclusion that behavioral remedies are more efficient,considering the combination of the two game force.
