| 摘 要： | 加拿大共产党在新世纪提出并通过了《加拿大共产党纲领》、《加拿大共产党章程》及一系列重要决议，分析了当前加拿大的社会政治状况，指出加拿大的未来是在充分吸取前苏联社会主义的经验教训基础上的有加拿大特色的社会主义。

| Abstract: | In the new century,Canadian Communist Party proposed and passed "Program of the Communist Party of Canada","Constitution of the Communist Party of Canada",and a series of important decisions.And they analyzed current social and political situation of Canada,and points that the future of Canada is the socialism with Canadian characteristic by learning the lessons from soviet socialism. |
