| 摘 要： | 进入新媒体时代,互联网的发展给传统新闻媒体带来了挑战。为了应对这前所未有的时代压力,新闻人必须要靠提升自身的素养来强化专业能力。这其中,新闻主播的思维能力培养成为一个热点问题,因为新闻主播不再以播报为主要报道形式,"叙议结合"已经在常规节目中普遍运用。通过中国传媒大学和云南卫视共建的实践教学平台,我们发掘了构建新闻主播思维的3个基本要素,并总结出其思维方法的4个特点,从而提炼出一套较为行之有效的培养手段。

| Abstract: | The development of internet brought us to a new era in public communication.In the aspect of the organization of information and revolution of ideas,news reporters are encountering a significant challenge.Therefore,the reform of training module for thinking of news anchors is becoming a focus in communication theoretical study.A series of thinking factors have been seized on the practical training platform established by Communication University of China and Yunnan TV in order to discover the specialties of news thinking,which reconstruct a fresh training module for thinking of new anchors. |
