| 摘 要： | 通过采用薄层层析的方法 ,比较了蟾蜍耳后腺和皮肤腺分泌物中的化学成份 .就甾体类化合物和肽类物质的硅胶层析展开物进行对比 ,实验结果显示两种不同位置的提取物具有相同的特征性化学物质 .其结果为扩展蟾酥这一中药材的来源和提高其采集量提供了直接的实验证据

| Abstract: | With the method of the thin-layer chromatography technology, the components in secretion of the ear-side gland and skin gland of toad are compared in respect of Bufotoxin and peptide. The test shows that similar special components have been found in each sample. Based on this experiment, the article proposes a technical way to raise the collection of toadcakes. |
