摘    要:从学科动态发展的角度来看,学科建设可以理解为强化知识整合,强调以问题为导向的综合性科学研究。因此,需要重新审视科学研究的成果转化的重要性,通过促进多学科、多角度、多层次的教学、科研与服务社会三者的结合,克服目前我国高校存在的教学与科研、科研与服务社会的双脱节问题。文章对高校学科建设的层次、目标和机制做了界定和分析,并探讨了成果转化对学科建设的正向作用。

Abstract:In the view of dynamic development of discipline, discipline construction should be understood as a comprehen- sive scientific study which is problem-oriented and intensifies knowledge integration. Therefore, to solve the problem on the disconnection between teaching and scientific research, as well as research and serving society in college, it is necessary to analyze the importance of achievements transfer and accelerate the combination of teaching and research and serving socie- ty. Considering the definition and analysis of discipline construction in college, the paper also discusses the positive impact of achievement transfer.
