摘    要:以某机场场务工作为研究对象,在实地调研以及对该机场现有场务职责进行详细分析的基础上,给出了具有通用性的面向机场场务工作的定编步骤。结合实地调研及人员访谈,对场务员职责进行了合理划分,并对其工作内容进行了详细的剖析。在此基础上,应用理论模型对场务员岗位中各项职责的工作量进行了逐项计算,并应用负荷余力分析法中的山积图将核算后的工作量依时间顺序进行了合并,从而得到了工作量随时间变化的规律,进而最终完成定编工作。该项研究成果对具有劳动密集型特点的服务业岗位,如机场场务工作编制的合理化、标准化,以及优化人员配置、提高工作效率、减少成本提供了方法借鉴。

Abstract:In the paper we studied one airfield service, and based on the analysis of its existing service responsibility in de- tail, we planned the general steps to follow in the aspect of personal allocation for similar airfield service. Based on a com- prehens!ve investigation and staff interview, we classified the responsibilities, and studied the exact content of their jobs. A theoretical model was used to calculate the workload of staff with various job titles. We use hill plot chart in redundant force method combining the accounting workload in time sequence, and get the general rule which can be applied to the interac- tion of working load when time is changed. All of these contributed to the conclusion of personal allocation. Our result can be a good reference foe similar positions in labor-intensive service post. Also this will be helpful to rationalize and standard- ize workload distribution. Finally all contribute to enhance the working efficiency and minimize cost of management.
