摘    要:分析石油供应链管理研究现状,提出石油供应链可持续评估的重要性。构建了压力状态响应模型来评估石油供应链的可持续性。在该模型中应用一种新的权重确定方法,即结合粗糙集和熵权法综合考虑属性对决策的重要性和属性的信息量。将该模型应用于中国石油天然气股份有限公司的可持续发展水平评估,并与通过理想解构建优化模型确定权重的方法进行比较,一方面检验该方法进行可持续发展评估的合理性,另一方面评估了该公司近年的可持续发展水平,并对相关问题进行了分析。

Abstract:In this paper we first pointed out the importance of the sustainability assessment through investigations into cur- rent researches in petroleum supply chain management. Moreover, a pressure state response model was proposed to assess the snstainability. In this model, a new approach was established to determine weights by integrating rough set and entropy weight methods, in which the importance of the attribute on making decisions and the information of the attributes were con- sidered. This model was applied to the PetroChina Company Limited to its sustainability assessment, and the performance of our algorithm was analyzed by comparing it with that of ideal solution, which was another weight determining method by model optimization. The experimental results showed that the proposed model was effective for sustainahility assessment and simuhaneously pointed out the sustainability level and the relevant problems as well as solutions of this company in recent years.
