| 摘 要： | 建筑工程造价应实行全过程管理.高等学校作为项目实施的业主单位,应利用自身的优势,在工程设计阶段、招标投标阶段、施工建造阶段和竣工结算阶段进行工程造价管理和控制,合理降低工程造价,有效使用项目资金,使建设投资发挥最大效益.
