| Abstract: | Peace and development has become the theme in the current world.Economic factors are ranking hihger and higher in the environment of international relationship between countries.Competition between countries has shifted from the traditional political-economic field to the economic-scientific-technical field.Economic safety has replaced military safety and has become the focus of national security.Therefore, in various countries, to ensure the economic safety has become the strategic issue that needs urgent solution. |
