| 摘 要： | 中国证券业正处在前所未有的困境之中,在监管部门“扶优汰劣”的基本原则下,券商淘汰机制使兼并重组成为行业竞争演变的标志性事件,也许在2005年,中国券商找到一个合并契机。对目前券商并购重组中的三类资金进行梳理,对未来几年证券业的兼并重组提供一些思路。

| Abstract: | China's securities business is in the unprecedented predicament.Under the basic principle of the "supporting the excellent and eliminating the inferior",the securities operator eliminating system makes the annexation and reorganization the symbolizing event for the evolution of industry competition.Probably the securities practitioners found a merging chance in 2005.The three types of capital in reorganization of securities companies are clarified and some principles for annexation and reorganization are provided for the coming years. |
