| 摘 要： | 马克思运用从抽象到具体的科学方法,揭示了土地、地租的经济性质和经济意义。本文在深入分析和理解马克思地租理论的基础上,探究我国土地出让金的性质,并对其进行量化分析,进而提出建立土地保证金制度的构想。

| Abstract: | Marx opened out the economic character and economic meaning of the land and the land rent by using science method from abstract to concrete.The paper researches into the property of land transfer rent and analyzes it by the quantity ways on the basis of analyzing and comprehending Marx's theory of land rent thoroughly.Then it puts forward the speculation of building up the land deposit system. |
