| 摘 要： | 诚信是中华民族的传统美德,也是当代社会主义道德体系的基本范畴和市场经济伦理的支柱,在全社会形成诚实守信的风尚既是公民道德建设的重点工程,也是建立和规范市场经济秩序的基础工程。必须加强诚信道德教育,把诚信从道德规范转化为人们的自觉行为;建构社会信用体系,以现代信用制度来约束人们的社会行为。

| Abstract: | Honest and faith' is the traditional virtue of the chinese nation. They are socialistic virtues and the backbone of the market economic ethic. To be honest and faithful in all society are not only the key project of the citizen's moral construction, but also the basic construction of market economic system . We must enhance the education of 'honest and faith' and make citizens abide them consciously. We must construct social credit system to restrict people's social behaviors |
