| 摘 要： | 以教育学为根本,以现代教学管理学为指导,从当前国内外教育教学的发展要求出发,论述了高等学校教学管理要适应新时期创新型人才的培养,转变传统的管理观念,改革管理模式及管理手段,加强管理队伍建设,为营造创新型人才培养的环境创造条件。

| Abstract: | Based on Pedagogics,guided by the science of modern teaching management and acording to the present requirement from home and abroad,this paper disusses that Higher school teaching management should be fit for cultivation of the talent of innovation type,transform the traditional concept,improve the mode and measures of management,strengthen the construction of management group.In this way,the training circumstrance will be promated. |
