On Economic Fluctuation of Individual Economy from 1989 to 1991

From 1989 to 1991,due to the situation fluctuation at home and abroad, the individual economy in China fell into predicaments. The adjustment of national macro-economic policies and the political fluctuation at home and abroad made the individual economy developed at slow speed for the first time after almost ten years of fast development. Policy factors and theoretical perplexities were the deep causes for this economic landslip.
