| 摘 要： | 21世纪是知识经济的社会 ,知识已成为创造财富的主要资本。知识经济时代需要大批具有创新意识和创新能力的人才 ,高校在培养和造就创新人才方面肩负着特殊的使命。而作为实施教学主体的教师 ,首先应具备创新素质 ,以适应时代发展和高校实施创新教育的要求。本文分别探讨了知识经济条件下创新教育的重要性、创新思维的基本特征和对教师创新素质的要求。

| Abstract: | The 21 st century is the society of knowledge economy. Knowledge has now become the main origin for creating social fortune. The intellectual economy needs large quantities of persons with innovative consciousness and creative ability. The higher education is shouldering an important mission in cultivating and training creative ability. As the main body of implementing teaching, teachers should firstly possess innovative consciousness, to accommodate themselves epoch-making development and meet the needs of innovative education in colleges and universities. This article discussed the importance of innovative education, basic characteristics of innovative thought and requirements for teachers under the knowledge economy, respectively. |
